1. Cut 2 booties using the following pattern. Cut 2 ribbons about 8 inches each. Cut 2 elastic pieces about 5 inches each.
2. Hem 1/4 inch at top.
3. Sew stretched elastic along dotted line.
4. Fold bootie in half, right sides together and sew with 1/4 inch seam allowance.
5. Tuck ribbon in where shown on the pattern while you sew.
6. Turn right side out and tie ribbon.
7. Repeat steps 2-6 for second bootie.
