The registration process for Deer Chase Academy has been kept as simple and quick as possible. You will need to complete a Registration Form for each student. Please make sure to note whether you are beginning a new school year or completing a year already started at another institution, such as a public school.
Along with the registration form itself, certain other documents need to be submitted, also explained in detail on the Registration Forms page.
In addition to the required documents, all appropriate Fees must be paid before students are considered actively enrolled. Fees made be paid by credit card or bank account through PayPal, or by check or Money Order through the mail.
Enrollment is open year-round. You may enroll early and indicate your actual school start date on the registration form, if you wish.
Once all paperwork and fees have been submitted, students and their primary teacher will receive ID cards. These are only issued to families who have fully completed the enrollment process. Students who have submitted registration forms and fees, but are missing the additional documents, are considered provisionally enrolled. Families have a 30-day grace period for submitting birth certificates, school physicals, and immunization records (or Notice of Religious Waiver).
