The American Promise - you can order a free teaching guide that covers topics like freedom, responsibility, and common ground. There are on-line lessons to go with the guide.

Life Management & Personal Fitness
PASS Life Management and Personal Fitness - the high school-level book, Life Management, contains useful topics such as nutrition and first aid, but please be advised that, as it was written for public schools, it also includes sections of topics like drug usage, birth control and sexually transmitted diseases. Use your discretion! The Personal Fitness book contains a good overview of exercise and physical fitness needs and practices.
